Whatever your reasons for taking up the age-old dance form, dating back as far to 16th Century and which has been popularized with the hit reality show Dancing With The Stars, we will design a customized program that fits into your life. No matter your location, schedule, budget and skill level, we strive to make ballroom and Latin dance accessible to everyone. 

Private

Private lessons are scheduled at the time and day of your choice with an instructor. Lessons are meant to address your specific needs whether that is perfecting something you already know, learning a more elaborate choreographed piece or preparing you for an upcoming event or competition.

Custom Group

Custom group lessons allow a group of friends or coworkers to share in the fun. In these intimate group classes students are taken through a series of established techniques and choreography. Students leave feeling well-equipped understanding the basics of dance and energized. The class can take part in any one of our three studios located in the GTA or at a location of your choice such as an event venue or office facility. Typical group sizes range from four to ten people.

Corporate

Let’s face it, not everyone is into yoga. Corporate dance classes are a great way to break a monotonous day in the office and to energize, motivate and encourage interaction amongst colleagues in a fun and stress free environment. 

Like the custom group classes, our professionals will work with you to design a curriculum well-suited for your schedule, group size and budget. Students will be equipped with the fundamentals of dance and be taken through a series of techniques and skills ultimately resulting in a choreographed dance routine.

Studies have shown that the outcomes of implementing a corporate dance and wellness program has resulted in reports of higher job satisfaction and work productivity, higher employee retention, and lower healthcare and insurance costs.  What this means is that there is a business benefit in dance; people become happier, get sick less and do not take as many sick days. Corporate group classes require a minimum of 15 participants and that the lesson facility is provided.

Social

We will introduce you to the DO’s and the DON’Ts of social and partner dancing. Social dance preparation is essential to ensure you are aware of the rules before you walk onto the next dance floor. Avoid making a faux pas at the next club, event or resort you visit; our professionals will teach you the etiquette and dance moves popular in most Latin and Ballroom dance clubs so you draw the right type of attention.
